Casing:
Design pressure 1.6MPa or 2.5MPa depends on different duties.
Filter at suction for pumping liquid filtration.
Impellor:
Axial thrust is balanced by balancing hole.
Multi-stage available for special duty.
Bearing:
Rolling bearings in the upper bearing housing use back-to-back angle contact ball bearings, built on shaft for easy adjusting of rotor axial position.
Lower bearings use cylindrical roller bearings, lubricated with lithium-based grease.
Mechanical seal:
No shaft seal in open system application. In close system or liquid volatile or toxic application, mechanical seal or gland packing are available.
Packing seal at sliding bearing bottom protects sliding bearing when liquid containing solids.
Easy maintenance:
Rotor components can be axially adjusted without removing any parts so that shortens shutdown maintenance time.
Open impeller, with front and rear wearing plate, only need to replace the wearing plate after parts are worn, so the maintenance and spare parts cost are reduced.
