Casing:
Design pressure 1.6MPa or 2.5MPa depends on different duties.
Filter at suction for pumping liquid filtration.
Impellor:
Axial thrust is balanced by balancing hole.
Multi-stage available for special duty.
Bearing:
Angular contact ball bearing built on shaft for easy adjusting of rotor axial position.
Grease lubrication with structure simple and reliable.
Guide bearings with different materials for different duties.
Lubrication through outsourcing clean liquid when handling liquid with foreign matters.
Mechanical seal:
No shaft seal in open system application. In close system or liquid volatile or toxic application, mechanical seal or gland packing are available.
Packing seal at sliding bearing bottom protects sliding bearing when liquid containing solids.
