Tandem rotor of 12 stages API610 BB5 pumps exported---our special design for low flow high head 1406m.
The pumps are working in very good condition now, with normal maintenance for just exchanging mechanical seal due to liquid reason. And we would specially noted for our customers that, the liquid condition stated in order must be same as that in actual duties to avoid any unnecessary troubles to the pumps during operation.

1, Impellors of multistage pumps shall be individually located along the shaft by a shoulder or captive split ring in the direction of normal hydraulic thrust. The captive split ring is a connection suitable to bear normal hydraulic thrust.
2, Rotors with clearance-fit impellors shall have mechanical means to limit impellor movement in the direction opposite to normal hydraulic thrust to 0.030in.(0.75mm) or less. So on the shaft, one side of impellors are located by shoulder, the other side by mechanical means (normally is shaft sleeve).
3, If specified, rotors with shrink-fit impellors shall have mechanical means to limit movement in the direction opposite to normal hydraulic thrust to 0.030in. (0.75mm) or less. The hot-assembled impellors are shrink-fit, and the impellors are located both sides (with mechanical mean) only when specified.
4, The runout of shafts and assembled rotors measured with the shaft or rotor supported on V-blocks or bench rollers adjacent to its bearings shall be within the limits given in Table 17. Bearing areas can not contact the roller to avoid damage.
